Emily Daniell is the founding attorney of Daniell Law Group, a boutique family law and probate practice serving families across the DFW Metroplex. She represents clients in divorce, custody, modifications, enforcements, adoptions, and probate matters.
Emily earned her Juris Doctor from Texas Wesleyan School of Law, graduating fifth in her class while working full time as an educator. She was a member of the Wesleyan Law Review and a multiple scholarship recipient, and was licensed to practice in Texas in 2009.
As a litigator, Emily participates in every step of a client’s case. Her practice is built around tenacious advocacy paired with compassionate communication. Clients are kept informed at every meaningful turn, and case strategy is built deliberately around the family in front of her, whether the right path is amicability or aggressiveness.
Emily’s own experience with divorce and co-parenting shapes how she meets clients during difficult chapters. She understands what these cases ask of a person, and she meets that with steadiness. Outside of practice, she enjoys reading, running, and time with her son and her two dogs, Ellie and Tucker.

Rachel Lowke
Rachel Lowke is the Family Law and Probate Paralegal for Daniell Law Group. Prior to joining the firm, she spent over 10 years serving clients in Texas, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Nevada.
Rachel graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University in 2008 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Arts and Science in Criminal Justice. In 2010, she completed her Paralegal Studies at the University of North Texas. Through her work with different law firms, she has experience in multiple areas of law and brings a fresh, dedicated perspective to litigation cases.
Rachel has two children, Isabella and Mason. When not at the office, you can find her on the baseball field for her son’s games or at home playing with her kids and dogs.
